Buy on Behalf of Error

Hi there,

We have a scenario in our SRM 7 environment. So far we have two instances where I get an error when I am buying on behalf of someone else. The page returned to me is like below:

This causes an ABAP dump also in ST22

Runtime Errors         UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
Exception              CX_OS_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

To try and resolve the issue, I deleted the user I was shopping on behalf of completely from the hierarchy in PPOMA_BBP, I then deleted their Org Unit, then finally deleted their account in SU01.

I recreated the account in SU01, created the Org Unit in PPOMA_BBP, then ran USERS_GEN to place the new user in the new Org Unit.

I still get the same error message though. I am able to buy on behalf of other users. I just get this error message for two users (so far).

Is it something to do with their attributes?

However, after downloading that SAP note to our system, it said it cannot be implemented

What is your SP level? is this dump occur everytime for only one document or for all?
