Perhaps the following error messages classification would be helpful:
Error Code
Description
Indicates:
000-1399 and 10000-11999
General framework codes.
Lower level errors, such as SQL, JDBC call, and XML parsing exceptions. Also, general missing or invalid field errors.
12000-12999
General application errors.
A general application-level error such as a missing site, component, or revision.
13000-13699 and 13800- 13999
SFC, Order, and Genealogy errors
An error that occurred when creating or manipulating SFCs, shop orders and customer orders, such as attempting to create an SFC that already exists.
13700- 13799
ECO errors.
An error that occurred related to maintaining or activating an ECO. For example, a request was made to delete an ECO that was not in a New or Pending status.
14000-14999
Product definition errors.
An error that occurred with product definition objects. For example, when no current revision exists for an item, router, or BOM.
15000-15199 and 15900- 15999
Production environment errors.
An error that occurred with production environment objects. For example, an invalid next number was entered or the user specified is not enabled.
15200- 15299 and 15550- 15599
Customer order errors.
An error that occurred with a customer order. For example, attempting to create a customer order when with an identifier that has already been used.
15230- 15410 and 19500- 19549
Data collection, test plan, and parametric errors.
An error that occurred during data collection or parametric processing.
16000-16199
System Configuration (module) errors.
An error that occurred at the system configuration level. For example, an invalid status was entered or an email could not be sent.
16200- 16299
Certification errors.
An error that occurred related to a user certification definition or application.
16300- 16399
Operation maintenance errors.
An error that occurred defining an operation.
16400- 16499
Product workbench errors.
An error that occurred using the Product Workbench.
16500- 16699
SFC hold errors.
An error that occurred related to placing, removing, or reporting on an SFC hold.
17000-17199
Interface errors
An error that occurred in interfacing with inventory, an MRP, or other external system. For example, the Inventory ID was not entered or already exists.
18000-18299
Nonconformance errors.
An error that occurred when performing nonconformance tasks. For example, an NC code was not entered, or a non-existing operation was entered.
18300- 18599
Labor tracking errors.
An error that occurred related to configuring or collecting labor information. For example, attempting to enter a clock-in time that occurs after the clock-out time.
18600- 18799
Site-to-Site errors.
An error that occurred when importing or exporting data through Collaboration. For example, attempting to export data to a non-transfer site.
18800- 18899
Create trackable errors.
An error that occurred related to a trackable SFC. For example, attempting to mark a component as trackable that is not of a valid type.
18900- 18999
Component max usage errors.
An error that occurred related to component usage. For example, an invalid value was entered when defining the max usage for a component.
19000-19499
Other errors.
Another type of error occurred, such as clearing an alarm by a particular VM.
19550- 19649
Reports errors.
An error that occurred generating a WIP report.
19700- 19870
Various maintenance errors.
An error that occurred configuring information such as default values for Xchange imports or a POD definition.
19871- 19950
Integration errors.
An error that occurred interacting with an external system.
20000- 29999
Custom errors.
Reserved for custom development

Nobody maintains such separate list. Therefore, I don't think the full list of error messages will be available.
