Error while logged in to NWBC 3.0

Hi Experts,

We have configured NWBC 3.0 on ERP 6.0 system. We are able to log-in to NWBC with BASIS user Id which is having SAP_ALL authorization.Testing purpose we have created TEST user ID without SAP_ALL authorization.When we are trying to log in NWBC with TEST user ID it shows an below error.

ERROR: NO CONTENT AVAILABLE. CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR

For TEST user ID test ROLES has been assigned.

Do let me know if i have to provide any additional details.

Chek if SAP_SMWORK_BASIC is assigned.

Thanks for replying,

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC role doesn't exists into system.

But I have solved the problem with the help of Note 1378659 - NWBC: known issues & what to check when opening a ticket.
