Hi,
I have an English smartform (sales order) and when the customer's language is English, the output looks fine. However if the customer language is Turkish for example, the alignment is all changed.
How can I prevent the customer's language changing the smartform? I'm not even sure how that could even be changing the form. Would setting the "Do not translate" option work?
Thanks,
William
Check with the print program just print the sf when the language is 'E'.
hope it works

Have you translated the form in customer (Turkish) language?
The difference between the text lengths in two langugages can cause the issue.
Check do you really need the form in 2 different languages?
if not then you can check the do not translate radio button, that will dsable the option of translating the form into any other language. thus the form will always be triggered in the original language (english in your case).
hope this helps you.

Hi,
The option 'Do Not Translate' will cancel translation.
