In the Sales Order when we change the Inco-terms the Price Should change Automatically without going the conditions page and clicking on update pricing......how we can configure this..? Price is maintained for both the incoterms.

Hai Minhas Sumit,

In standard if Inco terms is used as a key combiantion in the pricing procedure.

If you change a Inco term and system displays a message "FREIGHT is redetermined "

and respective inco terms values will get populated.

In case if it is not happening checking the pricing procedure update conditons.

Hi,

The best way is to create a key combination[ condition table] for the key you're looking to maintain procing for..

also pls check available table A033/ A034..if this doesn't meet your requirement..please create a new one with the required key combination.

Hi,

I believe that this requirement of yours could be handled through an exit, discuss with your technical consultant if the exit available in the sales order change can help you.

But system cannot automatically populate the price without updating, you will have to change something in the sales order for it to trigger redetermination, i.e. like qty etc,

Hi,

You have incoterms at header level as well as Item Level. Header level incoterms will be copied to item level.

If you want a price specific to incoterms then you should have a Table combination with incoterms.

Tcode are V/05,V/06,V/07

Create a condition table with incoterms or explore whether any standard table is available in V/05.

Then assign the new condition table with step number in V/07 access sequence.Either you can add in the existing access sequence or copy the standard access sequence and put your new table.Assign the access sequence to Condition type in V/06.

Maintain the conditon records for incoterms and change the same in sales order and see whether it is triggering or not.
