Hi Gurus
Someone knows what are the authorization objects for message creators in workcenter incident management.
Today we set up a Z role and one of the object that we define is CRM TXT ID:
Activity: 02, 03
Text ID: Full
Application Object: Full
The Issue is that with that configuration, Message Creator can:
- Acces to the Incident Management,
- Can create new messages (in a customized webdynpro screen, that customization was made using Config-mode=X)
- In Overview Screen the can see Reported by Me, For Processing by Me, Processing by my team lists.
-. When they go to message section and click on a ticket, the edit page appear, like message processors.
I identify that if in CRM TXT ID object I set Activity=03 and remove SU15 from Text ID, it works, but customized webdynpro screen is not showed, users create New Messsage Screen wuth the standar screen, without customizations.

May the root cause is simply the fact that the acitivity for "Creating" is 01.
