Listing and Exlusions

I created a condition record for exclusion in VB01. Condition record states that

Exclude Material 132 and 133

for

*Customer Y3*.

But I am still able to create a SO with customized SO type which I have mapped to the Exclusion Procedure in IMG. Should the system not stop me from at the sales order as soon as I type in the material number, say 132 or 133, and press "enter"?

Would any body be able to help and give some ideas on what could be the problem?

Thanks a lot guys. It worked. I really why didn't work before, even though I didn't make any changes today.However, I did make sure that the setting as per your suggestion was existing.

Paddy, check the listing / exclusion is assigned to the doc type you're using..?

please check once again your configuration settings

finally check this one

1)T code: ov04-activate Listing/Exclusion by your customized sales document type

2)once again check your condition record in VB02 "valid on date"

hope it will work
