/SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND and SSO

Former Member

Hallo,

SRM 7 with NWBC.

I use /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND.

Users receives emails to approve the Shopping Cart workitems.

The ´Log on´ link in the email is not SSO (Single Sign On). If user click on the ´Log on´ link, User id and Pwd are requested.

In general we use SSO when accessing the SRM web interface.

What is the best practice to ensure that when user click on log on link in the approval email, user is straight into his approval inbox, through SSO?

thank you

Marco

Hello,

Please check if you have the correct settings maintained ( with SSO) in the spro.

Check the following link for steps:

Thanks,

Hallo Melina,

sorry for delay in getting back; I just came back from Holiday.

However we do not use Portal, we use NWBC (Netweaver Business Client) as web Interface

Do we still need to maintain that customizing?

and how do we pass the SSO link?

Regards,

Marco
