Migrating one company to another

Does SAP have a own method to migrate one company code to another after there has been a lot of

transcations in all modules (MM, SD, FI/CO) in the company code which are to be migrated?

If so - anyone have any links describing the process or best practice?

What are the issues who needs to be adressed before such a migration?

Hai Simen,

I doubt whether any standard functionalities are ter in SAP.

Bcoz user only knows what data to be transferred and in whicj format.

In case of masters, extension can be done only changing the company code.

For master You can use MASS T code, in case for changing.
