Copy Control settings for Usage indicator in document header

Hi

i have assgined usage indicator value in my inquiry document header and when i am creating sales document with reference to the inquiry, it is not copying usage indicator value in the target document header. Can any1 tell me what settings are required for the same?

Hi Deepak,

Generally it has to copy the usage value what u maintaind in quatation headr level,may be the setting which u maintaind in copy controls need to check.

let me tell uu settings in copycontrol VTAA here from QT to OR check the header

Data T 051 General header data

Data T 101 Business Data Header

Data T 001 Partner header

Copying requirements 001 Header-Same Customer

copy itme no X

make sure these settings are done at copycontrols,please check and revert back.

In the position check

SalesDocType : Sales order type

SalesDocType : Inquiry type

Double clcik and check

DataT 051 General header data Copying requirements 002 Header-diff.customer

DataT 101 Header business data

DataT 001 Partner header

And Tick mark for Copy Item Number

For further check:

In Item

Copying requirements 301

DataT 151 General item data Pos./neg. quantity +

Copy quantity

DataT 102 Bus.data/item compl. Pricing type G

DataT 002 Partner item 2 Update document flow Cont. item copy mode

Copy product select.
