'VariableOrderUnit' is not a source

Hello

I have extracted the matmas lookup tables from the ERP-System. After that, I have mapped the key fields in the import manager. I think those are prerequisites to automatically import material master data.

However, the import of a file is not working:

Error:

The map could not be loaded because table 'VariableOrderUnit' is not a source.

Do I have to change the matmas05 xsd file?

Is there any other workaround?

Regards,

Hi,

What exactly is the problem while importing the look up data?

Please let the SDN folks know the problem you are facing in importing?

Hi Tanveer

Of course.

There are several import maps for "Regions", "Plants" etc. and I didn't use them before. The second mistake was that I didn't use the Client MDC R/3.

My scenario is ERP-XI-MDM (matmas) and those lookup table information import is a prerequisite.

Hi,

I guess you indiviually mapped all fields. You could have used the readymade MAP files for the lookup tables.

Now when you are trying to load the map file for matmas05, it is not finding the table 'VariableOrderUnit'.

In that case, you would have to map the fields individually.

Hope that helps.

Hi

I used the wrong maps for the import. This problem is solved.

Thank you.
