SAP Licensing criteria on dialog service professional and limited professio

Dear SAP Gurus,

What is the difference among the user type (Dialog, Service, Communucation, System, Reference) concern with SAP licensing criteria ie. multiple login disable is apply on dialog users only not on service users then why should we dont put user as a service type, what users is counted in SAP license, what is the difference between professional and limited professional how it counted in SAP Licensing. Please suggest me somthing regarding this.
