BCUSER not authorized for se11

Hi guys.

Im new at SAP and just installed everything finish. I cant use transaction code se11 with BCUSER (demo license)

I get this error "You are not authorized to use transaction SE11".

or this when i try se38 "You are not authorized to use transaction SE38"

Can anyone help me how to authorize the BCUSER?

Go to SU01-> Enter user name BCUSER- and go to profile and assign SAP_ALL.

under profiles there's not such a choice!! It want me to type in a profile name, and when i type in sap_all it says "no values for this selection".

Heres setting for BCUSER;

*Contractual user type id = operational user

*profiles is empty for choices.

*under logonData:

user group = sap.

the user group is the only field where i can choose sap*.

Im logged in as ddic cause i cant use any transaction codes at all, when i log in as BCUSER.

In installation guide it says "For web development, call Transaction SICF. Check that sap\bd\icf service is activated.

Ive been there too but didnt figure it out!!

On SU01 you need to click on the Change button after entering BSUSER. then you would be able to see the profile tab there you have to assign the SAP_ALL

Hi Egman,

First you just understand that - se38 and se11 are the t-codes and these t-codes are not assigned for the BCUSER.

As you sad this is new instalation, in which client are you facing this problem, is it exact copy of 000 or 001 client.

You can do :

1. Go to PFCG --> Create any role starts with Z --> Now in menu tab add transactions SE38, Se11, SU53.

Go to Authorization Tab --> provide full authorization --> generate this role.

Assign this roe to BSUSER and genrate. This will work.

2. Go to SU01 --> enter your user name BCUSER --> Go to profile tab --> enter SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.

Please revert for further information.

As per above said , You should give Full Authorization profile ( SAP_NEW, SAP_ALL ) in the particular BCUSER.

Hi

You can create z roles for t code which you want to give authorization to user

- Goto -pfcg tcode create z roles

- IN menu tab Add T code

- IN authoization Tab can give full authorization.
