Data source not found in the menu option "data extraction tool"

Folks, I am facing a issue with the SNP planning area data sources. I created few data sources for some aggregates. those were replicated in BW.

Since the planning area got changed, these data soures became inactive and I am trying to recreate the data source in SNP.

When I go to planning area and try to delete my datasource using from the menu "data extraction tools" I do not see any data sources there, but when i choose the menu option "data sources generation" i see all of them and I cannot create a new one with that name as it is saying data source exists.

How do I delete these data sources?

Hello Amit,

Please try deleing the corresponding entry in table /sapapo/tsareaex if exists.

Then create the datasource in /sapapo/sdp_extr again.

Hi,

I think in Table /sapapo/tsareaex the datasource already exists.However, table 'roosource' does not have an entry for data source anymore. (I think because it was deleted via rsa1).

- overall it looks like an inconsistency.

Please be noted that you have to create, maintain and delete these 9A* datasources only via tracsaction /sapapo/sdp_extr.

Please delete the entry from Table /sapapo/tsareaex and try to recreate the datasource again via /sapapo/sdp_extr.
