VL10A Error

Hello Team,

Actualy i am facing one issue while doing VL10A as: When entering the multiple Sales orders for Delivery Creation in background,its only passing the records for DN creation.But when i m seeing the status of the batch job for programe RVV50R10C its coming as " Waiting" always as a Spool and delivry creation is not happening.

Can anyone pls guide for the same,wht can be the issue.

Hi,

If you want to Combine Multiple sale you need to consider few important points

1. Ship to party of each sales order and line item wise same

2. payment should be Same

3. Inco-terms should be Same

4. Route Determination

5. In Customer master you need to Check the Field "order Combination

and also Check the Copy Control

T. Code: VTLA (Copy-Control settings b/w Sales Order-to-Delivery)

At Item-level, for your Item Category, maintain entry in Field: Order requirement as "101

the above few things you need to consider while doing the Combined sale order

Thanks for the reply,but i have created theses sales orders for same ship to,with same material and other conditions are also same as you said,but still its not working.

Hi,

Did you check the customer and Copy Control?

The following are Steps for VL10A

1. Select the Shipping Point

2.If you want you can select the Delivery dates otherwise No need to enter any thing

3. Remove 2 in the field "CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt" after that Execute or F8

4. System will show the list of Sales orders in that select the Sales orders and click on the "Background"

5. After that Click on "Log of Delivery Creation or Shift +F4"

6. Select and click on the "Document"
