SAP ITS Mobile supported browsers ?

Hello !

My customer is tusing windows mobile 6.5.

SAP ITS Mobile application doesnt open up in the IE browser. Browser gives an error message: 'Browser is not supported'.

Is there any way to go round this ? Why ITS is not supporting WM 6.5 ? When SAP will support this WM ?

Hello, I found solution for this. SAP Note 972116. Browser check can be passed with parameter in ITS Service (~USERAGENTCHECK).

Hello Aki,

Is this what occurs when you try to access the ITS Mobile sample services? Could you please try service /default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/test/mobile/itsmobile00? If that works then please compare your service with this one, especially settings under GUI Configuration and Logon Errors > Configuration. Thank you.
