SAP SCM Upgrade from 5.0 to 7.0 EHP

We are planning to upgrade SCM from 5.0 to 7.0 EHP , I would like to know how much time takes to upgrade the end to end whcih includes post upgrade activities with respective to BASIS perspective.

So that we can plan roughly, It would be very helpful for us.
