Is it possible to make Budget Mass Change

Hi,

I have a Client requirement in which they want to make changes to Budget on the whole.

Suppose, there are 200 WBS elements, the requirement is that the Budget has to be changed completely for all the WBS elements.

E.g., Initial Budget Rs.250 for 200 Wbs elements

Now, there is a change in the budget as Rs.350.

For all the WBS elements value should be changed at a stretch.

Not possible through Mass Change. Try BDC.

When you say 200 WBSE then do they belong to the same project or are they seperate projects? If they are the same project then within CJ30 you may use editing functions to increase the budget based on %. In case they are seperate projects then I'm afraid this will not be possible (except for the LSMW etc.). Have you tried using Investment Management module, this may help perform the same function on seperate projects belonging to the same IM Program (do check that out).

Also is it possible for you to change the cost plan and upload/change budget via copy view?

You can also have an LSMW written and load the file.
