Approved role still locked

Hi gurus,

I have an approved role in Role management -ERM 10.0 still locked. Could you tell me how can i unlock the role?

Hi

I think you are using MSMP workflow for role approval .If yes you need to make sure that role is approved by all approvers ,then only role will be unlock and go to next methodology step.

Was the workflow created in MSMP for role approval? If not please create one.

Hi Anjan,

Yes i'm working with MSMP workflows. and all approvers haveapproved the role.

Some clue about why the role still blocked?
