Query access on WEB UI in SNC 5.1 for customer collaboration

Hi Vaibhav,

Check whether user role has authorization object CA_POWL assigned in that check following field

(Application ID) POWL_APPID=*

(Activity) POWL_CAT=01,02,03

(Authorithy state: allowed or disallowed) POWL_LSEL= *

(Activity) POWL_QUERY = 01,02,03

(Authorithy state: allowed or disallowed) POWL_RA_AL = *

(Authorithy state: allowed or disallowed) POWL_TABLE = *

Dear Nikhil,

How to find the missing authorization object. Like in R/3 we can find out by using SU53. On web UI it is not possible.

Is there any way to know it.

Dear Vaibhav,

You can check missing authorization on Web UI by creating trace for user.

You can ask your Security(Basis) consultant to create trace for user and from that you will come to which authorization object is missing.

Based on your input we are able to access the query on WEB UI. Thanks a lot!

Now when we try to create the query we cannot see the SNC planner but we can see ship to and products.

Which authorization is missing? Any idea?

Dear Vibhav,

First you check whether you have login as a customer if yes then click on setting link right side.

You can see Planner field available.

SNC Planner field is not available in standard as a characteristic in the query display, it's only available as a selection parameter, but not in the output.
