Hi,

In maintenance order actual amount is not coming as per planned amount even after I had confirmed the activity for the total hrs mentioned in the operations.

Generally Activity pricing will be maintained on periodical basis. Are you doing confirmation on same period?

If it is different period, as Pushpa mentioned, in KP26, cost may be different.

Also check your costing variant which is assigned in config. Are you using same valuation valuation variant?

Hi,

If ur planned cost has only a labor cost then it should come correctly , else check whether anyone has changed KP26 rate for combination of work center & activity type before confirmation

If ur planned cost has labor cost with overhead cost then after checking in KP26 , if no rate change is ther , then run KGI2 for Actual Overhad calculation ..
