WDJ-TIBCO Webservice: Error in Quality System

We are consuming TIBCO web services in WDJ.

The application is working fine on the dev and test portals but when we are testing the same application in Quality server we are getting following exception

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.model.webservice.exception.WSModelRuntimeException: Cannot create instance of model class for model model class name 'ServiceRequest' as this model class name does not exist in runtime metadata. Probably runtime WSDL and design-time WSDL '' are inconsistent.

Can anyone please tell any possible cause for the problem and a solution for it.

check if the ws in dev and qa of tibco are identical.

Thanks for the reply

The Web service is checked as well as tested. The same WSDL file is working propertly in the dev portal but it is thowing the exception in QA.
