Error while Transport objects from DEv to QA-File transport

Hai Experts!

While exporting objects from Dev to Quality using File Transport. it taking long time and no erro msg is thown and it is not getting end .Did any face this problem. Can any one help me to solve this.

Hai!

Issue is solved.

I try to export the Individual object -->Message mapping.

While exporting i unchecked the Option With software component version Defenition.

Now it is success. Thanks all replies.

Hi,

Contact Basis, restart the PI server and check is any memory issue in PI server.

Can you access the configured path where your exported TPZ file will be placed?

Just check at OS level, if any file permission or access level issues.

How many interfaces you have in ladscape? re your trasporin ID or ESR objects?

I am trying to import the IR objects.

I have imported all objects from DEV to QA already. now i have made a change in a mapping and i am trying to transport that object alone, that time i am facing the problem.

Hi Preethi,

If you have already imported some objects successfully then try to restart the JAVA Stack. Ask basis person to take JAVA stack Restart.

This may solve your problem.

1. open the IR again and try to export it again.

2. Try with other use account just to check its whether it is problem with you or with all users.

3. try to export some other dummy changed mapping just to check whether its a problem with that message mapping or all the others as well.
