ITS service "bbpstart"..

Hi all,

we are doing upgrade from SRM3.0 to SRM5.0. we i logon in web-its. i am getting an dump error which i shown below.

<b>The ITS service "bbpstart" had to be terminated because the Web AS has sent

the following error message:

Error message: " You are not authorized to use Transaction BBPGLOBAL"

Message type: "E" </b>

Can you please give me some hints to fix this and if any one faced this problem please give me your value hints.

The ITS is now an internal ITS in Your SRM 5.0. In SRM 3.0 it was an external ITS. So, You have to do the customizing steps for internal its. The internal ITS works now with BSP applications and WAS You find the Services in Transaction SICF but You also have to look at SMICM to make sure Your WAS is running and set up correctly.
