Document Currently Locked

SRM 5.0; R/3 46C; Classic Scenario

Hello SRM Gurus,

When the approver is trying to approve an work item (shopping cart) the message on the bottom says "Document Currently Locked. " Is there something I can do? Is this a table lock?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Felix,

Please confirm that nobody else is working on the shopping cart you want to approve.

Else you can look at table BBP_WFLOCK.
