Solved: Outbound IDOC Status not changing from 03 to 12 .

IDOC sent from R/3 and it has Reached into XI system..

But User says ... IDOC status is not changing from 03 to 12.

in Production it is working like this.. Changing its status automatically ...

So what is happening with Quality ..

Could any 1 explain ?? what would be missing in Quality ...
