GRC PC 3.0 "Latest End"

Hi.

It step 168 of the workflow WS75900003. I use expression WF_INITIATOR. System must send notification "Latest End" to the creator of the schedule. Instead of this system sends notification to the technical user. How do corect it?

I understand that you are configuring emails for escalation for the task Start Issue Remediation.

Are you using the value &_WF_INITIATOR& under expression for Latest End tab?

Which is the specific user you intend to send this escalation email? I think the above expression would send an email to the user id creating the task or workflow user? I am not sure about the &_WF_INITIATOR& value.
