Hi,
I am new to NW. I want to develop a java webservice. Do I require a SAP <b>NetWeaver J2EE Preview</b> or <b>Full Java Edition2004s-Trial</b>. what is this Netweaver Developer Studio. Please Guide.

Hi.
Netweaver developer studio is basicly Eclipse 2 together with sap plugins.
The J2EE (or WebAS) is avalible as trial for 90 days. I suggest you get a license for that in the long run...
You can develop webservices together with web dynpro applications or standard j2ee applications.
Take a look at [original link is broken]
I think the "Building Web Services with Java and SAP NetWeaver Application Server 6.40" tutorials should be good for you if you're not familliar to eclipse and netweaver.

Hi
The NetWeaver J2EE Preview is enough for create the webservice. But it is better to use Full Java Edition2004s-Trial.
