Hi Team,
We are getting too many jrfc trace files in server nodes , i followed the wiki link "http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SI/Java+Connectivity" and did the changes in VA and Cofigtool(DJrfc parameter) but still no use.
i did changes in VA (both logconfigaration root- error, special settings also changed)
in configtool also -Djrfc=0 added to all nodes
Still we are getting toomany Jrfc<processid><threadid>.trc log files . This problem some times leading to server restart
i copied some part of log file below.

Hi,
Hope you are doing good.
Did you Switch OFF the Archive in the Log Configurator?
Please open Config tool and Navigate to Cluster>Server>Services-->Log Configurator and Set the value of:
ArchiveOldLogFiles to ON
Hope it is helpful to you.
Points are welcome.
Regards,
Satish Dhanalakoti

Hi,
Please check whether RFC traces are on or not with the help of SAP note 628962.
Thanks

HI Sunny ,
I did the following changes as per note and sap case , but still generating the traces.
1. -Djrfc=0 - done for all nodes(configtool )
2. Visual Administrator : Services->Log Configurator ->Runtime
Conifig Tool: Select J2EE cluster node and choose the u201CLog Configurationu201D tab page.
Chooseu201D(LOG) Categoriesu201D or u201C(TRACE) Locationsu201D -> u201CRoot Categoryu201D and severity to u201CERRORu201D.
3. VA- JCO RFc provider ->special settings also checked for each RFC and all trace levels are "0"
Ater performing all above actions also , still lot of trace files.
Today mornign i did the restart , but no use.
