Charm urgent correction going to Withdrawn status

Hello SAP experts,

We have an issue while doing an urgent correction in Charm.

Scenario:

1. We could create a project and created corresponding task list.

2. Created an urgent correction and successfully moved into Production Server.

3. After moving into Production, we have successfully changed the status of urgent correction to Confirmed.

4. Before setting the status to "complete correction", we have created 2 normal corrections and successfully imported to Production server.

5. Now, the status of the Maintenance cycle is in "Being Completed"

6. Before we complete the maintenance cycle, we went back to the Urgent correction which is in "confirmed" status.

7. Tried changing the urgent correction status to "complete correction" - as this has been implemented in Production. But the urgent correction instead of going to complete correction phase, went into Withdrawn status.

Is there any step that went missing? We are unsure why the urgent corrections are going to withdrawn status.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

It's the status profile. You need to do the fix in note 828278.

And that note was a pain in the butt to find for some reason when I had the same issue.
