Hi All,

I have some rebate document which has been been stuck in status C. i want know why these are stuck in stuck in status c even if evey thing is cleared.

Hi,

If my understanding is correct you have created the rebate credit memo request has been created for the final settlement.

Remove the billing block in the credit memo request and create the billing document.Ensure that accounting document is created for the same.Then the status become D.

thanks for the reply, but a/c document is created , it still in C. Will you tell me the possible reason for that
