How to View WBS while approving time?

Hi All,

I need to do some time apporvals,i am able to see only weekly or daily total hours

for each employee in SAP with no wbs description. I want to see the wbs that the tech is applying time to? This is becoming an issue with invoicing and we are now finding time has not been applied by the employee correctly.Is there any way to see the wbs tht the employee used to enter his time while i am approving the time so tht i can verify it.We have tried many different ways to do this with SAP but it ultimately ends in an error bring us back to the beginning.how to see the WBS that a employee is applying his time to while doing the approval?

Check the report CADO. Include the WBS field in the layout. Go to Settings - Layout - Current to do this. You can also check CATS_DA.

Hi,

In CAT4 / CATS_AAPR_LITE; you have option to bring in additional fields. Use that to display WBS number and description. So before approving you can see these details and then decide whetehr to approve or not.
