Hi All,
I tried searching on web on this but were not able to understand how to enable script being stored in SAP Web Repository (SMW0) for all users without anyone making changes to local client system.
Regards,
Ahmed
Hi Ahmed,
You could look at the following link http://www.synactive.com/docu_e/index_docu_e.html and then GuiXT -> Scripts in SAP Web Repository

Hi,
Yes, you can store the GuiXt configuration files on a shared directory but you have at least to distribuate locally one file.
When we used Guixt, on each user's PC, there was a guixt.ini file in the sapgui frontend directory.
Inside this file there was a line :
SwitchTo
CIserver\config\guixt_dev.ini
So the shared directory config was on the SAP Central instance Server (so not a SPOF). Every domain user had the read_only right on the config shared directory.

Olivier
