HR Interfaces with PI!

Hi,

I want to understand the types of HR interfaces that we would normally have with PI.

Also, list down the idoc types or scenarious that pple have done with respect to HCM Module.

Since HR is a bit different from abap point of view, just want to understand the methodology behind that.

Typically you have Pi interfaces for payroll, benefits, time , staffing, bg.checks, performance mgmt etc. I remember we using an XML schema downloaded from hr-xml.org and using it as the template for PI interfaces in one of the client projects. You could download the schema from the website and look at it and use it as your template for hr interfaces thry PI.

It depends on the requirement,we mostly worked on HRMD-HRMDA06.
