Failed Update NwSapSetup.log

I tried pushing out the new sap and it worked on some but on some it failed.

This is what was pulled from the end of the NwSapSetup.log

Thoughts on what happened here?

That looks like the user was running the SAP GUI/SAP Logon when you pushed out the update and it tried to install. The install won't work properly if the SAP GUI/SAP logon is running.

Take care,

I 100% believe this is not the case. Sap is not used all that often in our environment. and it is happening on a lot of machines.
