Customizing smartforms in Solution Manager

Hi All,

I have managed to created a customized smartform for Solution Manager which goes as ZCRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01. It basically generates an email each time the status of a service desk ticket changes.

In this smartform i want the status of the message and the name ofthe message processor to appear as well. Could you please let me know the tables and fileds i need to refer to?

Hi,

You can check the transaction CRM_dno_monitor for getting the fieldnames and tables.

Hi,

T-code CRM_DNO_MONITOR refers to a structure, therefore unable to get the data to appear in the mail.
