"Unable to open Document" - Error in ECL viewer

Hi,

I have downloaded & installed latest ECL Viewer ( 7.0) and did necessay configuration in workstation application ( EAIWeb.webviewer3D.1 %SAP-CONTROL% ) . In DIR, if I add .jt file and and double click on it, the jt files opens in 3D viewer without any issue. But After I check in the original file ( in SAP default content server ) and click to view the file, I am getting error message that "Unable to open Document" in popup and in status bar I am getting message "182.090 bytes transferred". Request your help in resolving the same.

Hi

You can view/Open the file before check in because at that point the link for the .JT file is from your local drive.

Once you have checked in, It stores in content server.Ensure whether Data Carrier is defined properly.

Moreover can you check what is the size of the .JT file in your local drive.

I hope some amount of the file size is only transfered to content server.
