Sujit has mentioned it correctly!

You must have maintained inspection point at header level in routing for this material. Ensure this in CA02. In fact this is not the error rather a functionality. This is useful when you repeat the result recording let's say after every 1/2 hour or after certain quantity while the manufacturing is in progress.

If you don't want this to appear again, simply remove this inspection point in CA02. You may need to change the sampling procedure as well which should be without inspection point.

I am not sure what exactly you are looking for but when you enter the "Define inspecion point" at the header of the task list/routing then it become mandetory to enter "name of the Inspection point" for reference of Result recording.
