Hello Everyone,
We have old files which are huge in numer needs to be deleted in usr\sap\sid\sys\global directory.
The server hangs when i open global folder.
Request you to let me know if there are any i) MSCommands/scripts for deleting these files.
ii) Can we schdule a script for deleting the files which are 60 days older?
iii) Which location/path where SM37 background job logs gets stored?

Please check the below link , using RSBTCDEL you can get rid of file at usr\sap\sid\sys\global directory, try deleting little by little, it could be that you have lots of files and it could run long time.
You can also schedule it in background.
