Hi Richard,

Please check if you have any network connectivity issue between SLD and netweave infrostructure.

Go to the landscape configurator, domain data > find the SLD URL and try to access. if you able to access successfully then click on update CMS. if not able to access the update the IP address and Host name in the host file. the do the update CMS.

Hope it will helps

Hi Arun

connectivity from the CMS to the SLD is Ok.

I was reviewing the logs, and the log file: default.0

/ usr/sap/PD1/JC00/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/applications/cms

I found the following:

It is not possible to remove locks from other user sessions, please use Engine Exc = com.sap.cms.pcs.lock.service.api.exception.CMSLDequeueRejectedException Administrator Tool: It is not possible to remove locks from other user sessions, please Engine use Administrator Tool #

but check in:

http://10.255.2.135:50000/irj/portal -> System Administration -> monitoring .--> Object locking

But there is no locked object, no object is locked in Development, Quality or Production.

Thank you very much for your attention and efforts to our error.

Best Regards

Jose.

Hi Jose,

Please access the portal with fully qualified domain name. http://<Host name >:<Port>/irj/portal

Update the IP address and Host name in host file at Start > run > drivers > etc > host

Close all the browser session and open the new session and login in the CMS. then try to update it.

Hope it will helps

Hi Arun

Thanks for your suggestions

The ip and host are correct in the HOSTS file on all servers, probe CMS Update again and still the error.

Hi experts

this error was resolved by applying the latest patch to the component DI_CMS, this thanks to the excellent support of a case to SAP OSS.

I hope this helps solve the errors of any other colleague

Jose
