Error when tried to download a file in SMP

Hi,

I tried to put some files on download basket in SMP but when I did that I went to download basket and that files didn´t exist in Download Basket tab... instead they are in other tab named: Export... and it doesn´t allow me to download them!

How can I download all these files?!

You can get more information about that issue in sap note 1594190.

I think you have to open a message in XX-SER-SWFL-EXPORT to request that authorization.

Ohh I see...

I read that sap note and as you recomended, I will open a sap message to ask them to give me the authorization to download all files!

Please try use solution manager to download files from SMP.
