Dash board - Display

Dear Experts,

My issue is not for particular module,

i need to define one dash board in portal based on :Live data , the data should be pulled from SAP tabels, and to be updated autometically.. with out calling any transaction...Like respective tables

PP - production conformation status

Logistics ... ware house stock product wise

SD.... billing amount

FI - payements collected

Dear Anitha,

Thanks for quick response..

But my issue not to know the tables,...

the data we can pull from table only, which is supposed to display in one screen.

for that user need not use any t code for every report

my coo wants the updated billing and payemnts and prouction statement which is updating every second

The same should be displayed in his screen, for that he dont call for any T code..

i hope it can be done with integration on XMII,

THE ONLY ONE SCREEN SHOULD BE DISPLAYED UPDATED CONFORAMTION STATUS IN PRODUCTION...

Hai GAP,

For your COO request him that he has to enter atleast one T CODE.

With the help of Abaper,

Make a report with data displaying all

Production status

Plantwise production

Stock status

Plant wise material stock

Payment receipt

From month starting to Till time

and the data can be listed one below another.

Here the row and colums should be fixed.

And ask abaper to make SAP Business Graphical chart for each of the status.

Once COO click on the Plantwise Value system display a chart saying each plant what is the production stauts.

Similar for other statues..

Once report displayed, let report updates automatically once in two minutes.

Thanks a lot, This is only the solution what exactly i am looking for..

to develop Grphical chart with integration with all moudules should we implement XMII module....or can i carry on with my existing modules..(SD, MM, PP,FICO,HCM,CRM,BI etc..)

Hai GAP,

SAP Business Graphics is a standard functionality.

To check / to have an idea

T CODE:

MC+2

or any of the LIS report.

and in the period give big range and execute

Once data displayed click the ( GRAPHICS- F5) icon.

We also gave a report to our COO to view plant wise sales analysis

it will show data in 3D chart (Business graphics)
