SRM MDM Unable to delete record from Data Manager

Hello All,

Would anyone be able to advise how to get round the following problem?

We are currently in the processing of moving to SRM 7.0 / SRM-MDM 3.0.

I have been loading some catalogs into the Data Manager using the Import Manager.

This was all working OK and I can view all the items / create shopping carts from SRM.

However, I have managed (not totally sure how) to get 2 records in the catalog which I can't delete.

When I look in the Data Manager I don't automatically see these records although they still show in SRM.

If I select Check In/Out and All Versions I see the records. They have a lock icon and a check out icon, but I haven't found a way to delete them from either the Data Manager nor the Import Manager.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please check the Item status in Data Manager.

If it is in Approval stage than cannot be deleted

Hi Trinath,

Thanks for your response.

However, the Item Status is blank. The record was checked out at the time that I loaded the new file and I think this has caused the problem?

Hi,

Unfortunately, when I right click on the record, the Check In option is greyed out. The record is also displaying the record lock / protection icon.
