Supply relationship in Q info record

Dear Expert

I try to achive the supply relation ship for some of my material i got a couple of doubt on this pleas help

1.Is it required to activate 01 type and 0101 in material master

2.In QCCO>QM>QM IN LOGISTIC>DEFINE STATUS OF SUPPLY RELATION SHIP>MAINTAIN STATUS PROFILE

it seems German language so i am not able to understand anything from that

Pls tell me if i am try to achive like as follows

status 1 Initial sample

status 2 model status

status 3 pilot series

status 2 series status

in this window we have column like lowest,highest,position and priority ..what we need to enter here

3.what is the differ between model status,pilot series,series

4.QCCO>QM>QM IN LOGISTIC>DEFINE STATUS OF SUPPLY RELATION SHIP>>Assign delivery status for inspection type ..what we want to assign here

It is changable range of next status.

For example..

Initial status '10' has '10' as lowest and '20' as highest status.

And status '20' has '20' as lowest and '30' as highest status.

If a status of quality info. record is '10', user can change it to '20' only, not '30'.

It is not mandatory, but most requirement of company is execution of inspection for specific stage.

The QM control key of material master and quality info. record are required to use the supply relationship status.

You can change the language 'EN' at same transaction then description will be changed as english.

3.what is the differ between model status,pilot series,series

It is just sample of SAP therefore you can define your own procurement stage in status profile.

I would suggest you study the APQP methodology.

what we want to assign here

If you want to implement the process "Inspect from procurement", you can assign different inspection types to each status.
