DMS HR Integration

Dear Experts,

I have encountered the problem for the last couple of days in my organization client wants to integrate DMS with HR module.

These are the points...

1) User can upload the doc through portal & that will directly stored in content server.

2) Secondly, If stored document goes for approval then if user rejects then document will not stored in content server means they wan some temporary location ( how it can be possible please guide ) or if he approves then document sit in content server.

3) Thirdly stored document appear in PA30 ( how we can define the linkage).

Kindly provide me the solution ASAP.
