HI Team,

As per the client request, in standard SAP code can we do the enhancement for the TRIP Fields for the below requirement.

In the Trip - Field (FTPT_REQUEST) is used to maintain the history but the client required it for evaluation purpose and requires drop down list (All the cities)

Ex:- If the employee enters the city name. Based on this city the expenses type has to be picked-up automatically and the same have to be depends on the employee grade as well.

Now please let us know the feasibility of the same above.

Hi,

Based on the City which is maintained in the !st destination is maintaing the history of the User Id. Logged in.

Instead of that we need the fileld to Maintained as standard F4 Drop down option with all the cities name for all the employee .

If the employee select Mumbai (Which fall in the A group Cities)

Than the System sholud pick the list of EXpenses type based on this city and the employee Grade.

Can you guide.

This is an customer own solution and needs modification on SAP standard solution.

Why you would like to have different expense types on destination level (City)?

Furthermore Transaction TRIP is out of time. Which release you are using?

Have you had a look to WebDympros for ABAP?

Or what are your limitations here?
