Hi,
We want to update the price in the proforma invoice with the current price maintained in condition records. Is there any functional way to do the same or enhancement required? If enhancement required then what will be the same?
Thanks & Regards,
Indranil
Dear INDRANIL BHATTACHARYYA ,
Are you trying to update the price in the proforma already created?
If so use VF02, go to conditions tab (item level for each line item), click on update , SELECT type 'B' (CARRY OUT NEW PRICING)
If you are yet to create the proforma, you can either change the pricing date in sales order as recent date
or make a change in the copy control (item level ) and make the pricing as 'B'.
Check and revert.
Thanks & Regards,
Hegal K Charles

Hi,
I wud go with Charles saying that VF02 can be used to change the pricing conditions by going to conditions tab and manually updating the pricing with pricing type "B".

Hi,
Either before saving the Proforma invoice you can select the line item and go to conditions and click on the update button to trigger the new pricing based on the condition record.Based on the services rendered date if the condition record is maintained system will redetermine the price.
Otherwise for every time if you wish to redetermine the price in proforma invoice then use the copy control at item level Pricing type to 'B" which system will automatically redetermine the same in proforma document.
No enhancement is required for this but if you have some other conditions in redetermining the current price then we need to go with enhancement.
