NW7.3 license issue

I have installed valid license. I can see it in NWA, Infrastructure, Licenses.

But there is error message in NWA monitoring:

Licenses : 0 days

And the server stopped with error "no valid license found".

I have updated kernel and JVM, no luck.

Did anybody have this problem before?

Hi Shen,

We have had similar issues in the past and in those cases the 'License type' was incorrect for the request License.

It should be J2EE Engine(and Portal, if required) as the license type. Maybe of help.
