I want to know how GRAC_MSMP_ERM_ROLEAPPROVER fm works, does some one knows ?

GRAC_MSMP_ERM_ROLEAPPROVER is a function module basd sstandard agents rule which is linked with the agendt ID GRAC_ROLE_APPROVER. The agendt ID GRAC_ROLE_APPROVER can in turn be used for selection during workflow stage creation.

This rule will send the notification to the current approvers as defined in teh ERM.

Hi Anjan

I'm using the agent id in the role approval workflow. But i get the "no approver found." message. Could you explain me how to define the approvers link to the FM- agent id. Maybe i did something wrong.

Hi Anjan,

Yes, they are are defined as the approvers in owner/approver tab (manually) becasu when you click in "Default approver button", no approvers found message appears.
