HI,
Crate One header condition type for discount and assign in pricing procedure and give from and to on net value, Finally discount will calculate on net value, and tell the user if the order exceeds 10K give header condition as 10% and if it exceeds 20K give 20% like that, Hope this helps u

Dear Santhosh,
which value should hit the accounting?
is it the net value (minus) discount?

Dear Santhosh,
Please go through the following link
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm/helpdata/en/1f/abd83855a1df4be10000000a11402f/content.htm
Do not maintain FROM - TO for your discount condition type in the pricing procedure.
Give the condition base value in pricing procedure for your discount condition type as 002.
The maintain VK11 for the condition type with scales.
I am not having access to SAP right now, but as soon as i get, i will also check whether your requirement can be met in standard SAP.
Thanks & Regards,
Hegal K Charles
